REGISTERING ON BEHALF OF SOMEONE ELSE:
Please note that, while we do allow friends to register on behalf of other athletes, we have experienced some issues with this in the past:
* The wrong number being given to the wrong athlete - creates havoc with results
* Race goodies going missing - we take no responsibility for this
We have also had one person turn up to register for five or more people at a time. Please bear in mind that we may ask a person attempting to handle bulk registrations of five or more to step aside and allow others waiting in the queue to be served first.
RACE BRIEFING
Race briefing will take place 10min before the swim start of each batch in the swim start area
Remember that it is the athlete's responsibility to know the route and rules prior to the race.

BIKE RACKING
Bike racking will start at 05:30 on the 13th January and all Max escape bikes need to be racked by 06:45. Please remember that there are large numbers of bikes to be racked and you should not arrive at the last minute to try and do this. We are working on allowing the Minimum escapees to rack later, but be prepared to arrive early as a single transition means that access has to be restricted when the Maximum Escape starts.
